Every man needs a mission...
Every man needs a mission, a wise man once said. Actually I made that up, but it sounds like something a wise man might say. I've recently agreed to take on two missions, on mildly difficult and time consuming and the other slightly more difficult and more time consuming. These folks, just might be life changing.
Mission 1: Should you choose to accept, you must ensure that every song on your 30gb iPod has been listened to at least once by yourself. No fast forwarding, skipping, or turning the iPod on and leaving it to play for the dog while you go on a walk.
Date started: approximately 4 weeks ago.
Songs started with: Approximately 3, 100.
Songs left: Approximately 1,800.
Date to be completed: A.S.A.P.
Mission 2: Should you choose to accept, you must ensure that every movie on the Guardian's list of 1,000 films to see before you die have been watched in their entirety by you.
Date started: Technically sometime as a child.
Films started with: 1,000.
Films watched: Approximately 188.
Date to be completed: Before you die.
I have chosen to make these two tasks my life's mission. Support me in my travels, pray for my stamina, and judge me not.
